Description

This cottage, located 60 metres south-east of Badley Green Farmhouse, is likely from the 16th or 17th century and was built in two stages. It has one storey and attics, featuring a timber-framed structure with plastering. The roof is made of corrugated iron and has a red brick axial chimney. Most of the windows are 19th-century casements. The lower section at the north end is probably the earlier part of the building, consisting of two cells, with a chimney situated between it and the taller parlour block to the south.
