Description

The Forge is a house, likely dating from the 17th century, with a later 18th-century extension. It is two storeys high and constructed with a timber frame, now clad in weatherboarding. The roof is thatched and has a half-hipped end. Red brick chimneys are located centrally and at each end. The windows are late 19th-century casements, with three lights each. A boarded pair of late 19th-century doors serve as the entrance.
