Description

Trimley House is a villa dating from the mid to late 19th century. Originally named St. Mary’s Lodge, it is constructed of stucco with a slate roof. The building is parapeted and arranged over two storeys, with a single-storey projection to the left-hand end. A three-sided bay with a slated hipped roof is situated at the right-hand end. The projection features two windows, the first floor has three windows, and the bay also has three sash windows. A panelled and half-glazed recessed entrance door is present. Blocked windows with continuous and semi-circular hood moulds are visible on the left-hand return gable.
