Description

Kingston Cottage is a two-storey house located on Kingston Road, built in 1852, with a date of 1815 indicated by studded nails on the garden door, which is likely accurate for the house. The building is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a pantile roof. It has four sash windows with glazing bars set in flush frames, and segmental arches above the ground floor windows. There is a blank panel on the first floor. The entrance includes a four-panel door with a fielded design and a solid frame, along with a modern porch. The front garden is enclosed by a red brick wall with piers and a coping.
