Description

No. 4 Church Lane is an 18th-century house that features a timber frame covered with tarred paper and a pantile roof. The building stands two storeys tall, with a west front that has a deep projecting brick plinth, which is consistent across the entire structure. There are two windows on the front, and a central ridge stack with four flues. Additionally, there is a single-flue stack on the right-hand gable end. The left-hand gable end includes a half-glazed door and a two-light window on the first floor. This house is included for its group value with nearby structures.
