Description
Trinity House is an early 19th-century, two-storey building constructed from Suffolk yellow brick. It features a wide eaves soffit and machine tiles. The façade is accented by brick pilasters on both the right and left sides, with a central slight projection. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, each with glazing bars, flat arches, and stone cills. The left and right-hand windows are set within shallow vertical brick panels and have narrow border panes with horizontally staggered glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door topped by an arched radial-bar fanlight. A Doric porch, notable for its exaggerated entasis on the columns and enriched entablature, is present. The porch has been enclosed at a later date with a glazed screen and doors.
