Description
Trinity Hall is a 18th century building with later additions and alterations. It is two storeys tall with attics and features three pedimented dormers. The structure is made of brown brick with red dressings, including a toothed cornice and a wooden ogee-moulded lead-lined gutter. It has a plinth and tiled roofing. An added three-light sashed bay is located in the advanced wing on the right side. The building has seven windows, with three central windows in a slightly projecting section, and the central window is flanked by brick pilasters above the entrance door. The sash windows have glazing bars, flush frames, and flat arches, with brick aprons under the ground floor windows. The entrance features a six-panel door in a wooden case with panelled reveals and a mutular Greek Doric porch. Inside, there is a well-finished panelled entrance hall, a staircase with heavy moulded balusters, a wide handrail, square newels, and a panelled dado. The hall also includes a bolection moulded mantel and original brass door furniture. Trinity Hall, along with its ancillary building, entrance piers, and walls, forms a group.
