Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century house located on Staithe Road. It is two storeys high with a gabled attic. The house is constructed of yellow brick and has a pantile roof. The front elevation features three sash windows with glazing bars at the first floor. Two ground floor windows have segmental arches. A five-sided bay casement window is also present at ground floor level. The main entrance is a six-panel door recessed within a wooden case, topped with an elliptical fanlight. A side door, set within a wing wall, is similarly arched with an elliptical form.
