Description

This is an 18th-century building of three properties, numbered 125 to 127, located on the north side of Chediston Street. The building is constructed of red brick with a soffit to the eaves featuring decorative mutules with roundels. The roof is covered in pantiles.

The upper floor has three windows, while Nos. 125 and 126 have two blank panels with sliding sash windows set within solid frames that are slightly recessed. No. 127 features a three-light mullion transom casement window at each floor. The front doors are six-panel doors with reeded frames, painted dummy fanlights, and are set within reveals with elliptical arches. The ground floor of Nos. 125 and 126 have two three-light casement windows with flat arches, while No. 127 has a wider casement.
