Description

No. 10 Broad Street is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, originally known as Fisher's Theatre and later used as a cinema. It served as a theatre until 1937 and is currently unoccupied. The building features a stucco front with four Doric pilasters and a deep entablature. There is a window on each side above a first-floor band with an arched central panel. The roof is slate and has two large square lanterns. It is part of a group that includes Nos. 2, 4 corner cafe, 6 to 20 (even), and 30A and 30.
