Description
Nos 1 and 3 Earsham Street is a pair of 18th-century buildings that stand two stories tall with an attic and feature three dormers. The roofs are covered with pantiles, and the buildings are constructed of red brick with a cove cornice. Flanking the central entrance are two brick pilasters that rise to stucco caps, with a blank panel above. The façade includes five windows and two blank panels, all of which are sash windows with glazing bars and flush frames. The central entrance door for No 1 is a six-panel door topped with a lozenged fanlight and is framed by a case with a reeded architrave and roundels. To the left is a modern shop front, while to the right is an early 19th-century wooden shop front featuring a central entrance and pilasters. Nos 1 to 19 (odd) form a group.
