Description

The retaining walls of the churchyard of the Church of St Michael are likely partly from the 14th century and have undergone repairs. The walls feature a high battered design on the western portion of the churchyard. They are constructed from a combination of flint and red brick. Some sections have a stone Gothic roll-moulded coping, while others are topped with a rounded brick coping.
