Description

Hill Farmhouse is likely late 16th or early 17th century. It is a timber-framed building with plaster rendering, originally decorated to imitate ashlar masonry, and has a pantiled roof. The farmhouse is two storeys high with an attic, and has a four-window front. The upper windows are 2-light and 3-light casements from the 19th century, while the ground floor windows are larger-pane casements from the mid-20th century. The entrance has been altered to include a 6-panel door with the two upper panels glazed, and a conservatory extension projects forward to form a porch. There is one internal chimney stack.
