Description

Slough Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house located on Slough Lane in Acton. The building features gables at both the east and west ends, with two small wings extending north that have half hipped roofs. It stands two storeys tall, with a front made of plastered brick. The façade has a window arrangement of 1:3:1, consisting of casements with gault brick rustications and square stucco hood moulds. The central boarded door also has brick rustications and a hood mould that connects to those of the adjacent windows. The roof is tiled and includes a central chimney stack with four grouped octagonal shafts set on a square base.
