Description

This is a 16th-century timber-framed and plastered house. The upper storey exhibits exposed timber framing, and at the east end, it projects forward with jettied construction supported by exposed joists and curved brackets. A later 18th-century addition extends from the west end, projecting to the south. The windows are primarily casements, some with leaded lights. One window has restored moulded mullions, while another features a horizontal sliding sash. The roof is tiled, using old tiles.
