Description

This is a two-storey, 16th-century timber-framed and plastered building located on the west side of Lavenham High Street. The building was restored, revealing the timber framing on the front. The upper storey was originally jettied, but appears to have been underbuilt in the 17th century. The ground storey includes a blocked arched doorway. The front has three windows, arranged in a two- and three-light leaded casement pattern. A central square chimney stack rises from the ridge of the tiled roof.
