Description

Street Farmhouse is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building with a thatched roof, located on Whatfield The Street. The front features painted panels and the structure has two storeys with small casement windows. A slate roof porch supported by posts includes a small square oriel bay, which was likely used as a shop bay in the past. At the south-west end, there is a single-storey addition with a thatched roof, and a wing extends to the south-east. The building is topped with a tall ridge chimney stack.
