Description

Old Forge House is a timber-framed and plastered house, likely originating in the 16th century with later development in the 17th century. The timber framing is visible on the west front and north end of the building. It was restored and renovated in the 20th century. The house is two storeys high, with a three-window front, featuring casement windows with two and three lights, and lattice leaded lights. The roof is tiled, topped by a central chimney stack rebuilt in red brick, featuring two diagonally set shafts.
