Description
This is a 15th-century timber-framed and plastered hall house located on Egremont Street, Glemsford. It was altered between the 16th and 17th centuries and renovated in the 20th century. The house has cross wings at the north and south ends, featuring jettied upper storeys supported by curved brackets. The gables also project slightly, also on brackets. The front facade has a 1:2:1 window arrangement, with 20th-century casement windows incorporating glazing bars. The roofs are tiled, with modern chimney stacks. The hall range, comprising numbers 93 and 95, retains good crown post roofs.
