Description

This is a probable 18th-century building with later alterations, located on the north side of Gainsborough Street. It is two storeys high and constructed of white brick, topped with a tile roof. The front elevation features two recessed sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor windows have segmental arches above them, and a central entrance is similarly arched. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value alongside numbers 28 to 38 on the same street.
