Description

Nos 10 and 11 on The Street in Assington are a pair of timber-framed and plastered houses, currently covered in roughcast. They feature external elements from the 18th or 19th century, but likely conceal an earlier timber frame beneath. The buildings are two storeys high and have a four-window range, with two-light casements that include glazing bars. The roofs are tiled and there are two large, square chimney stacks positioned centrally.
