Description

Hill Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered house with features from the 17th and 18th centuries, but it has an earlier core. The timber framing is visible on the north and west sides. The house consists of two blocks that connect in the center, and the roofs seem to have been raised at a later date. It has two storeys and a three-window range on the west front, featuring double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The outer windows are three-light with narrow side lights. There is a central doorway with a pedimented hood supported by console brackets. The roof is tiled, hipped, and double-pitched, with two external chimney stacks located at the north end.
