Description

Grange Farmhouse is a late 16th century timber-framed house that has been rendered, with a brick end wall and a thatched roof featuring gabled ends. It has an off-centre brick chimney stack with four octagonal flues that have moulded bases. The building is two storeys high with an attic, which includes windows in the gable ends. There are four widely spaced windows, which are early 19th century three-light casements with later drip moulds. Above the doorway in front of the stack, there is one original five-light mullion window. The entrance features a 19th century pilastered doorway with a cornice and a panelled door.
