Description

Le Grys Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame house that has been plastered. It features a steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack with diamond-shaped flues. The building has two storeys and an attic, with an attic window located in the gable end. There are 18th and 19th-century three-light casement windows, some of which have leaded panes. The front of the house includes a 19th-century panelled door with a rectangular fanlight positioned in front of the chimney stack. Additionally, there is likely an 18th-century brick wing at the north end of the farmhouse, which is one storey with an attic and has a pantile roof with a gabled end.
