Description
The structure is a boundary wall dating from the late 15th century, located immediately south-east of Hales Hall. It extends from the barn to the house and features an off-centre gateway. The wall is constructed of red brick with blue brick diapering and has rounded brick coping. There are ventilation slits designed as niches. This wall forms the eastern side of the yard, and the gateway was widened in the 21st century.
