Description

Orchard Cottage is a building that likely dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a plastered timber-frame construction and has a 19th-century hipped roof covered with pantiles. The cottage has an off-centre brick chimney stack and stands two storeys tall. It includes four windows, which are 19th-century casements with glazing bars. To the right of the centre, there are original windows on both the ground and first floors that have diagonally set square mullions. The building also has two plank doors.
