Description

A 17th-century timber-frame farmhouse, substantially altered in the 19th century. The front and ends are faced with 19th-century red brick, replacing the original timber. The roof is steeply gabled and originally thatched, now covered with wood shingles. The house has two storeys and an attic, with windows in the gable ends of the attic. It has four windows, which are 19th-century sash and casement windows, some with glazing bars. A brick gabled porch is situated off-centre, with a hood supported by shaped brackets. A segmental-headed doorway is located to the right. A brick chimney is off-centre.
