Description
Earsham Lodge is a large house built in the early 19th century, constructed from rendered brick. It features a low-pitched hipped roof covered with black glazed pantiles and stands two storeys tall with five bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and the ground floor windows are set in moulded architraves and have louvred shutters. There is a central porch, added in the later 19th century, supported by Tuscan columns and topped with an entablature. To the right, there is a projecting two-storey, two-bay wing that also has sashes and a hipped pantile roof. Adjoining the east side is a garden wall, built in the early 19th century from red brick. This plain wall is approximately 12 feet high and features a round-headed doorway at the eastern end, and it is included for its group value.
