Description
White House Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame house that has been fronted in yellow brick during the late 19th century. It features a steep slated roof with gabled ends, shaped bargeboards, and finials. There is an off-centre brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and an attic, with attic windows located in the end gables. The facade includes three 19th-century sash windows that lack glazing bars and have keyblocked heads, along with a 19th-century doorcase architrave positioned in front of the stack. At the rear, there is a long plastered timber-frame wing that forms an L-shaped plan and includes a large external brick stack.
