- Early C18 house with C16 core. Early C18 red brick south frnot with blue brick dressings. Tile hipped roof. 2:7:2 bays. Flanking 2 bay wings project, centre 3 bays with pediment over. Modillion eaves cornice. Sash windows with thick glazing bars, flat rubbed brick arches, centre first floor window in moulded brick architrave. Below a central modern doorway with segmental pedimental hood on very large carved brackets and fielded panel door. The right hand wing has large modern ground floor bay window. Behind is C16 with some timber-framing exposed on east side, but has been restored in late C19. Two groups of brick octagonal chimney stacks with moulded bases and star caps. Interior: with exposed timber-framing, hall with C17 panelling, chamfered ceiling beamss and joists. C18 staircase, open well, with turned balusters and moulded handrail. Two first floor rooms with fielded panelling one with moulded ceiling beams, the other with moulded cornice.
