Description

Nortons Farmhouse is a 17th-century building featuring a plastered timber-frame structure. It has a steeply pitched roof covered with black glazed pantiles and gabled ends. The farmhouse is two storeys high with an attic and has three widely spaced windows that include 2 and 4-light wood mullion and transom casements. There is a doorway on the left side, which is adorned with a reeded architrave and cornice. A brick chimney stack is located off centre, and there is an attic window in the gable end.
