Description
Scotland Yard is a building that likely dates from the 17th century. It is a two-storey range constructed with a timber frame and is plastered. The building features steeply pitched roofs with gabled ends, with the central section having a roof clad in corrugated iron. There are three three-light casement windows, two small wedge-shaped dormers, and two simple doors. A brick chimney stack is located at the east end. To the left (west), there is a slightly set-back section from the 17th century, also plastered, with a steep pantile gable-ended roof and two casement windows. To the right (east), there is another plastered section with a less steep slated roof, which includes casement windows on both the first and second floors.
