Description

Over Bridge is a 17th century house that is timber-framed and plastered. It features a steep gable-ended roof, which has been covered with new pantiles to replace the original thatch. The house has an off-centre brick chimney stack and consists of two storeys plus an attic, which includes a casement window with leaded panes in the gable end. There are three widely spaced windows on the front, comprising three-light casements from the 18th and 19th centuries, as well as some modern windows. A modern glazed door is located on the left side of the house, and there is a lean-to structure at the rear.
