Description
The building is a former windmill combined with a house, dating from the early 19th century. The house is rendered and features a low-pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. It has two storeys and includes two sash windows with glazing bars. There is a later projection on the ground floor, along with a pentice hood over a modern bay window that has a panelled door positioned between them.
To the right (southwest) of the house is the mill, which has a small casement window on the first floor and a loft door. The ground floor includes a segmental-headed doorway and a cart entrance. At the far right end (southwest) is a circular tower mill made of tarred brick, which stands four storeys tall and has segmental-headed openings. The cap and sails of the mill are missing.
