Description
Fritton Rectory is a 17th-century plastered timber-frame house with an 18th or 19th-century addition. The original section features steeply pitched roofs with gabled ends, covered in peg tiles and pantiles, and has brick chimney stacks, with the upper parts rebuilt. It is two storeys high with an attic. The later addition at the front is made of painted brick and has a hipped black glazed pantile roof, with brick dentil eaves. This section is also two storeys tall and consists of three bays, with modern casements. There is a central modern two-storey porch that includes a doorcase with reeded architrave, a dentil cornice, and a panelled door.
