Description

River Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-frame house that has been rendered and features a modern extension on the southwest end. The building has a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack. It is a long structure but has only two casement windows on each storey. There is a pilastered doorcase on the right side. The modern extension on the southwest end includes a catslide roof and a sloping dormer.
