Description
Nos. 125, 125A and 127 King Street are early 16th-century buildings, with alterations from the 20th century and rear extensions. Their original use is unknown. The buildings have pantile roofs and are two and three storeys high, with a total of seven first-floor windows and three bays. A 20th-century arcaded shopfront spans both buildings. A lane entry is located at the extreme left.
Nos. 125 and 125A feature exposed herring-bone brickwork between the timber studs, with some replacement of the original brickwork. The first floor has one sash window and six casement windows. A fascia cornice runs along the top of the first floor. No. 127 has sash windows and a central casement window on the first floor, all with raised surrounds and keystones. The 20th-century interior is continuous across all three buildings.
