Description

Ber Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations from the 18th century onwards. The ground floor is constructed of painted flint, while the first floor features a rendered timber frame and is topped with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and displays two widely spaced windows on the first floor. A central door is set in a plain reveal, with a carriage entry located on the right side. The ground floor includes a frieze window, and the first floor has casement windows. A large dormer gable is present, featuring three-light casement windows.
