Description

The barn at Hall Farm in Mannington dates from the late 18th century and was restored around 1980. It is constructed of brick and features a pantiled roof, with a rectangular shape. The north side has a central projecting gabled doorway, which includes a boarded gable with pigeon-holes. On either side of the barn, there are catslide roofs over cart-sheds. The roof also has ventilation tiles along the ridge and tumbling-in at the gables. Inside, there is a king post roof and brick relieving arches in the south wall.
