Description

The properties at 132 and 134 High Street date to the 17th century, with a later 18th-century stuccoed facade over brick and flint construction. The building has a pantile roof with gabled and hipped ends. It is two storeys high with four widely spaced windows, each containing sash windows with glazing bars. Number 132 features a moulded fielded panel door within a doorcase having fielded panel reveals and a cornice. Number 134 has a moulded panel door set within a moulded architrave doorcase, also with panelled reveals and a cornice. The interior of number 132 includes a chamfered ceiling beam and a 4-centred arch timber bressumer with chamfer.
