Description
Beach Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed from rendered and colourwashed brick, topped with roofs of black glazed pantiles. The building has an L-shaped plan and features a baffle entry. The two-storey west facade includes a cross wing on the left side. A 20th-century gabled porch is situated below a circular window. There is one 19th-century casement window on both the left and right sides, with two similar windows above. The roof is gabled, and there is a ridge stack to the right of the doorway. The two-storey cross wing has one 19th-century casement window on each floor, with a door to the right. This wing also has a gabled roof and an internal gable end stack on the western side. The east facade is two storeys high and consists of four bays, with a door located to the left of centre in a timber case. The windows are horned sashes with glazing bars.
