Description

The barn immediately south of Friary Farmhouse likely has medieval origins and is believed to have served as the refectory of the Friary. It is constructed from flint and brick, with the west end wall having been rebuilt. The barn features a modern tiled roof with gabled ends. On the north side, there is a 16th-century brick doorway with a three-centred arch, which is chamfered and has a drip mould. Additionally, there is a small stone high pointed arch doorway. The east end incorporates reused stone and has a lancet made from reused stone. The south side has modern garage doors.
