Description

The Boar Inn is a public house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed roughcast on brick, with a roof of black glazed and part orange pantiles. The building is two storeys high and has four bays. A blackened plinth runs along the base. The ground floor has three tripartite windows with glazing bars. There are two entrances, the northern of which is part-glazed with glazing bars. The first floor has four sash windows with glazing bars. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. Centre and south-end stacks are present. The building is listed for group value.
