Description
Frogshall Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century, with an earlier core. It is constructed of flint and brick rubble, featuring brick dressings and a slate roof. The facade consists of three bays and two storeys, with a flint plinth. The windows are sash style with glazing bars. The doorway is located between the first and second bays and has a six-panel door, with the top two panels being glazed. Above the door is an overlight with diagonal glazing bars that form a central diamond shape. There is evidence of an earlier opening between the ground and upper floor of the first bay. The ground floor windows in the second and third bays are set under segmental arches. The house has gable-end stacks, with the right-hand stack being rebuilt and the left-hand stack made of gault brick. The left-hand gable features two blocked attic lights.
