Description

The kitchen garden wall, built around 1805, is located approximately 40 meters northeast of Barningham Hall. It is likely designed by H. and J.A. Repton. The wall is about 325 meters long and encloses the kitchen garden. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features an oversailing cornice with a moulded cap. There are entrance gateways on either side made of gault brick, each with an elliptical arch, stone keystones, and inposts. The gates have ledged and battened doors topped with 4-centred arch heads.
