Hill Cottage, located at 2A Hindringham Road, is an 18th-century building constructed from whitewashed flint with brick dressings. It features a pantile roof with gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows, which are modern 2-light metal frame casements with glazing bars. There is a central modern glazed door and a brick chimney stack at one end.
