Description

The Crown Hotel is an 18th-century, tall three-storey building made of stuccoed brick, featuring rusticated pilasters. It has a black-glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends and brick chimney stacks. The front has four sash windows with glazing bars. On the right side, there is a segmental-headed carriageway. At the rear, there is a long three-storey wing made of red brick, which also has sash windows with glazing bars. An external staircase leads to the first floor and features turned balusters and a moulded string.
