Description

This house in King’s Lynn has origins in the mid-16th century, although it has undergone significant alterations since then, including restoration and further changes in 1967. It is built of rendered and colourwashed brick, with a plaintile roof. The front features a 20th-century panelled door to the right, with a fanlight above. A late 20th-century bow window is located to the left. One sash window on the first floor retains glazing bars. The gabled roof continues with the adjacent property at number 35 and incorporates a gabled dormer window. An internal gable-end stack, shared with number 37, is located on the south side. The interior is not inspected but is reported to contain a sunk quadrant bridging beam to the ground floor.
