Description

32 Bridge Street is a house with origins dating back to the mid-16th century, although it has undergone significant alterations. It was restored and modified in 1967. The exterior features colourwashed brick and some flint, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high, with double doors on the right that lead to an original carriage passage at the rear. To the left, there is one window with glazing bars, and above, a sash window on the first floor, both of which have been restored. The roof is gabled and includes one gabled dormer. Inside, little of the original structure remains, as the roof was replaced in the 20th century. The interior is contiguous with Nos 33-34.
