Farmhouse. C17 rear wing, early C19 house added in front, both two storeys. C17 clunch with brick dressed and C20 replacement smut pantiles. C19 gault brick, slated roof. Earlier house has one ground and two first floor windows, one leaded casement, brick dressings, brick quoins, south gable parapet and stack C20 replacements. Early C19 house has two storey three bay entrance facade, two ground floor sashes under flat rubbed brick arches recessed beneath two semi-circular rubbed brick arches, three first floor sashes under flat rubbed brick arches, all with glazing bars. Central two leaf French doors. Deep projecting eaves, low pitched hipped roof.
